Frequently Asked Questions
What's the general Turnaround Time?
Please note that all keepsake items have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 6 to 16 weeks starting when your keepsake item is received. This timeframe allows for the careful, custom crafting of each unique piece. If your item is completed prior to this window, we will be in touch and happily notify you with an update.

When do I have to pay by?
Due to the custom nature of each keepsake, full payment is required at the time of order placement. This secures your place in our production queue and allows us to begin working with materials specific to your piece. We will not order components for your order until it is paid in full. There are different options to pay at checkout, including AfterPay in most cases.

Will my flowers stay the same color once preserved?
For keepsakes made with preserved flowers, understand that natural variations in color will occur. Most flowers tend to dry darker than their original shade, white will generally turn a bit yellow and show some bruising/creasing for larger pieces and this is all a normal part of the preservation process.

How fast do I need to get my flowers to you?
If we're preserving for you, typically within 1-3 days is what we recommend. For pressed flower pieces, the sooner the better!

What if I can't get to you in the short timeframe?
We will walk you through how you can preserve your flowers until you are able to get to us.

Is preservation extra?
Preservation of flowers and breast milk is included in our pricing. However, we do have an additional charge if you'd like more than 20 flowers preserved.

I have older, dried flowers, can you still make something with them?
Absolutely! Our oldest flowers to date were 16 years old. They had been hung to dry and kept. The age of your flowers does not matter when it comes to jewelry and most other keepsakes. They do become more fragile with age.

Why do you not have pricing listed for pressed pieces?
There are a lot of factors that come into play for larger, framed items and we would rather speak to you and make a plan than receive an order when we may not be able to take it - example would be if you want to preserve your wedding bouquet by pressing but we're out of town and unable to do so within a proper timeframe, we may not be able to take your order. It's better for us to have a chat before you place your order when it comes to that kind of preservation piece.

Do you make larger resin pieces?
Minimal. Our bread and butter, if you will, is keepsake jewelry, rosaries and smaller keepsake items as well as framed, pressed pieces. We do occasionally take orders for larger resin pieces, dependent on what it is, but will more than likely recommend another small business who specializes in that realm.

Do you only work with ashes and flowers?
Nope! In addition to ashes and flower petals, we can also preserve breastmilk, hair or fur, fabric - like baby blankets or clothing, soil, sand, and even pregnancy test caps. If you have something else meaningful that you'd like included, feel free to email us—we love helping create custom pieces that tell your story.

What will my jewelry look like?
Each piece is handcrafted and unique and no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. We can give you an idea of what the final product will look like based one similar keepsakes or colors previously used.

Can I choose the color of my stone?
In most cases, yes!
For breast milk and cremation pieces, we can make the stone any color of your choosing. For preserved flowers, you can select certain petals if you'd like, tell us to choose or blend!
We also have a few styles available that allow for stone customization and an example would be our Quinn Ring. With Quinn, you choose what birthstone you'd like to be in the ring with your keepsake!

Additionally, we offer some gorgeous inclusion options like pearl dust, stardust shimmer, opal flakes or metal leafing.

What if I don't know my ring size?
On our ring info pages, we have a link where you can purchase a ring sizer tape, we can size you if you're local or you can go to a jeweler in your hometown and get sized.

Can I include multiple sets of inclusions?
Yes! You’re more than welcome to send multiple sets of ashes, petals, or other keepsakes for one piece. For ashes, a pea-sized amount from each source is usually enough for each jewelry piece. If you you're ordering something else, like an ornament for example, we may need a bit more but we can help you figure that out. You can also include a variety of flower petals or other materials—just let us know how you'd like them put together!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship both within the U.S. and internationally.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Each piece includes a care card and polishing cloth, but here are some general tips:
-
Keep your jewelry at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from heat/humidity.
-
Remove before bathing, swimming, or using cleaning products—resin and natural inclusions are durable but not indestructible.
-
Clean only the metal with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not soak resin in jewelry cleaner.
-
Resin pieces can be gently wiped with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, alcohol, or harsh chemicals.
-
Sterling silver can tarnish over time. To minimize this, store your piece in an airtight bag when not in use, and polish occasionally with a silver cleaning cloth. Plated sterling silver may fade over time, especially with frequent wear or exposure to moisture or friction.

What materials do you use?
We offer a range of high-quality metals:
-
925 Sterling Silver
-
Gold Vermeil (gold or rose gold plating over sterling silver)
-
14k Solid Gold
-
A few Stainless Steel

Why are there bubbles in my piece?
We do our very best to prevent air bubbles but they do sometimes happen, especially in larger pieces. We say these are not considered flaws but rather a natural result of the 100% handcrafted process, adding to the uniqueness and charm of your one-of-a-kind item.

If i have an idea of something that I want but don't see it listed, can you still do it?
Email us and ask! If we can, we normally will. If we can't, we'll do our best to recommend someone who can. We will also custom shop if you do not see a piece that you're in love with. The items we create are sentimental and we want you to be satisfied with the end product.

If I order the wrong size, can it be fixed?
Unfortunately, we cannot resize rings. A jeweler can normally resize smaller or large depending on the style selected. Extensions can be added to bracelets and necklaces.

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
The short answer is no. Due to the custom nature of each item ordered from us, we cannot offer a refund, unless something were to go wrong on our end, then of course, we will do everything possible to make it right. Because each piece is custom to YOU with YOUR keepsake, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

If we missed anything, just ask!

Love,
Beth
